AIRTOPIA Adventure Park

It's ok, I really don't have any complaints but I wasn't blown away lol. Took my 3 yr old and the kids zone has good stuff for the little ones. It also keeps the little kids away from the big kids so that's good. I walked through the whole place and honestly there are much better trampoline parks in town. When shes older and can do the zip line, rock wall, and bug big trampolines we will check it out again mainly because it'sso close to where we live. Didn't like how you only get 1 hr for $11. Didn't try the food either. Update - I've been back a few times now. They make you wear the Airtopia socks that they sell by the way, I've been forced into buying several pairs, no more! Came back during winter break with my kids wearing jumpy socks from another place for an hour to let them jump. I was there for 45 minutes and some kid that works here comes up and says we have to purchase their socks if we want to stay for the last 15 minutes. I tell him I'm not buying two more pairs of their brand socks when these are perfectly fine. They tell us we have to purchase their socks or we have to leave so we left. Kids are disappointed and really so am I. Unbelievable and such a terrible thing to lose customers because I didn't put the kids in their brand socks.

This place is not for kids - only toddlers. The front desk staff is not friendly, nor do they help out or represent themselves professionally. The sign posted on the door states you can bring water in for kids 6yo or younger, and then tells you to leave it in the car if it’s not in a sippy cup. The cups we had don’t spill water - sippy cups do. It further states the reason you can’t bring water in is because they sell alcohol now. Hmmm?!? I stood in line to pay, then was told the register doesn’t take cash; I had to stand in line again to pay cash at the other register. My daughter also wanted to come to spend the day with her little cousins but wasn’t even allowed where the little kids have to play. The manager would come by and tell us she had to leave when she was just swinging my niece . Too many other frustrations to write out. Bottom line: the manager is more concerned about rules than he is about creating a fun environment. Common sense doesn’t prevail.
